PRE-CONFERENCE

Q: How many continuing education hours can I receive at WOW?

A: Choose from a robust number of educational sessions and earn Continuing Education (CE) hours for full conference (pending).

Q: Can I change which sessions I chose after registering?

A: Yes. Please modify your registration HERE.

Q: What’s included with my registration?

A: Your registration includes Lunch Thursday - Friday and Breakfast - Saturday; evening reception, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and entertainment on Thursday; access to the exhibit hall Thursday and Friday; Continuing Education (CE) hours for the full conference; FREE annual Unlimited CE subscription to Nurse.com; Tote bag with product samples and a conference T-shirt.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations and/or transfers must be submitted in writing to wow@relias.com. Cancellations received per written notification by July 1, 2024 will receive a refund (less a $75 processing fee). No refunds will be made after midnight on July 1, 2024.

Q: What COVID-19 safety measures are being implemented at WOW 2024?

Q: I have 3 colleagues that would like to join me for Wild on Wounds 2024. Do you offer group discounts?

A: Yes, we will be glad to offer a discount for 3+ attendees from the same organization. For more information, please email us at wow@relias.com. Please note, discounts will only apply to new registrations and can not be combined with other promotional discounts.

Relias will make every reasonable effort to find out what is needed and provide appropriate accommodation provided by individuals with disabilities. Requests are required to be received at least 30 days prior to the conference to review the request and make appropriate accommodation. Requests submitted less than 30 days may not be feasible, but Relias will direct the attendee to those sessions where accommodation is present, if applicable.

DURING THE CONFERENCE

Q: Where should I stay?

A: WOW will be held at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved and are being offered to WOW conference attendees at the special rate of $179/night*. Mention room block group code: Wild on Wounds (WOW). To book your hotel online, click here. To reserve by phone, call the Reservation Center at 1-(888) 898-4527. This group rate will be available Monday, August 12, 2024. After this date, any new reservations or extensions to existing reservations will be subject to hotel availability at the hotel's prevailing rate.


*NOTE — DISCOUNTED RESORT FEE: Sleeping room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable resort fees. Therefore, in addition to the sleeping room rate, the daily resort charge, currently discounted at $20 per room per night, plus applicable state and local tax will be posted for opt-in.

Q: What should I bring to the sessions each day?

A: You must bring your badge each day. We do not offer replacements. Your badge is your ticket to all sessions and events.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Although the weather outside is warm, we highly recommend you wear pants and/or bring a sweater to the sessions. As much as we try to manage the temperature, the rooms can often be quite chilly.

Q: Will food and drinks be provided?

A: Thursday – Friday, we will offer morning coffee, lunch in the Exhibit Hall, and of course plenty of delicious food (heavy hors d'oeuvres) will be served at the Thursday evening reception along with plenty of entertainment and fun activities.  There are also sponsored, first-come-first-served breakfasts on Friday morning — see Agenda for details.  Saturday – Breakfast.

Q: Can I register onsite?

A: Yes, onsite registration will be available.

POST-CONFERENCE
